The production of anything customised will take about 7 to 10 business days. Beyond that, it will take another 5 to 7 business days for the delivery.

You can opt for express delivery to fast track your order, but extra charges will apply.

For B2B customers, MOQ starts from 10 pieces for any merch or gift. For packaging, the MOQ depends completely on the requirement details.

We accept all kinds of debit and credit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Merch Room delivers delight all across India. So you may be in any corner of the world, our merch will find you!

Due to the nature of the items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event your item has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us with relevant pictures and videos within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you.
